A new training facility for the WNBA team, Las Vegas Aces. The project necessitated technical improvements to a 64,000-square-foot, spec tilt up concrete building that was already under construction.

WPe worked with the architect to achieve a number of design features including a new stair and auditorium as well as support framing for large roller doors and extensive interior tall masonry and stud walls. The improvements were carefully designed to be compatible with the base structure and mitigate the need for additional strengthening.

The facility is the first to be built dedicated to a WNBA team.
